Our certified Citrus Blend and Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced using olives and fruits grown and harvested in Northern California. We currently offer 6 varieties including Meyer Lemon, Arbequina, Frantoio, Yolo Blend, Arbosana and our very popular Koroneiki. We combine imported Italian Balsamic Vinegar with fresh California fruits to create unique blends that are delicious when drizzled over a salad, fresh or aged cheeses, roasted meats, breads and even frozen desserts like vanilla bean ice cream.
